Why do we use photographs and videos?
Bromley Lacrosse Club uses photographs and videos to celebrate achievements, promote the sport of lacrosse, and showcase the positive experiences of our members.
Images may be used for:
- The Bromley Lacrosse Club website
- Official club social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and similar platforms)
- Club newsletters
- Posters, flyers and promotional material
- Press releases and local media
- Club presentations and award evenings
Protecting our members
The welfare of our members is our priority.
When using images, Bromley Lacrosse Club will:
- Never publish a child's full name alongside their photograph without additional permission.
- Avoid identifying personal information.
- Use images respectfully and appropriately.
- Follow England Lacrosse safeguarding guidance and our safeguarding policies.
Giving Consent
Photography consent is entirely voluntary.
Choosing not to give consent will not affect membership or participation in any club activity.

The Club will remove photographs from future publications wherever reasonably practicable. Please note that images already published in printed materials or shared by third parties cannot always be removed.
